STI Merit List 2025 – How to Check, Complete Schedule, Interviews, Complaints & Final Orders
The School Teacher Internship (STI) Program 2025-2026 has officially released the complete schedule for the display of merit lists, interviews, complaint handling, and issuance of hiring orders.

STI Merit List 2025 – Complete Schedule
The School Education Department (SED) Punjab has officially announced the following steps and dates:

1. Online Application Phase (12 Nov to 21 Nov 2025)
This is the stage where candidates submit their applications on the online STI Portal.

Once the portal closes on 21 November 2025, no new applications will be accepted.
2. Provisional Merit List – 26 November 2025

3. Complaint Submission & Redressal (27–28 November 2025)

- Attach CNIC copy
- Keep photocopies of all documents
What complaints can you file?

4. Interviews of Shortlisted Candidates – 29 November 2025
After correcting the provisional merit list, the schools will call short-listed candidates for interviews.
Who conducts the interview?
The STI Hiring Committee, which includes:
- Principal/Head Teacher (Chairperson)
- AEO or DDEO
- Parent Member from School Management Council

Interview Marks
Candidates can get up to 5 marks in the interview.

5. Final Merit List – 30 November 2025
This list is the official selection list.

Only the candidates who appear in the Final Merit List will receive hiring orders.
6. Issuance of Hiring Orders – 1 December 2025
Selected candidates will get their Letter of Agreement / Hiring Order on the STI Portal.

- Original CNIC
- Academic certificates
- Domicile
- UC confirmation (if needed)
- Printed hiring order
After receiving the order, candidates must join the school immediately because the internship period begins the same day.
7. TA/DA Policy
The notification clearly states:
No TA/DA will be given to candidates
for:
- Traveling
- Interviews
- Document verification
- Joining
This is a self-paid process.
8. Application Processing Fee – Rs. 1,000 per Internship
All candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 1,000 per internship.
