    • Software: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software Development, and Troubleshooting.
  5. ERP Specialization: Professional experience at a senior management level in the designing, development, deployment, and operational working of an ERP system at an organizational level is required for at least 3 years. Given HIT’s defence production mandate, expertise in large-scale system integration like ERP is crucial.
